Enterprise Account Executive

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will drive revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise customers. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to build strong relationships and deliver value-driven security solutions to large organizations.

What You'll Do

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.

  • Enterprise Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at enterprise organizations.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer challenges, present Pomerium’s solutions, and tailor pitches to align with their security needs.

  • Collaborate with Teams: Partner with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize messaging and ensure seamless customer onboarding.

  • Pipeline Growth: Proactively generate and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts.

  • Meet & Exceed Quotas: Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic account planning and execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.

  • Proven track record of successfully closing complex deals with enterprise customers.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipelines and forecast sales.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, or zero-trust security concepts is a plus.

  • Located in North America
